Whole Smoky Mesquite Biltong
A whole piece of beef steak cured with mainly salt, pepper, coriander, and vinegar. Hung, cold smoked with real mesquite wood for 6 hours, and air dried for 6 days. These 8oz steak slabs are kept whole to be sliced just the way you like it. Thick slices are more chewy, thinner slices are more tender.

- Cool, Dry Place: Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. A pantry or cupboard is often suitable.
- Brown Paper Bags: We provide bags for your bulk biltong but all of our products are best stored in breathable brown paper bags.
- Refrigeration: If you’re not going to consume the biltong within 3-5 days, it’s a good idea to refrigerate or freeze it. This helps extend its shelf life, especially if you live in a humid climate.
- Freezing: For long-term storage, you can freeze biltong. When ready to use, thaw it in the refrigerator to maintain its texture.
