Thank you for shopping at Biltong Depot.

We would like to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Wrong Item Received

If you believe you received an incorrect item, please do the following:

  1. Do not open the packaging, this will void the return.
  2. Email us a photo of the front and back of the product (we need to see the lot number on the back).
  3. Email a photo of the packing slip.

We will work quickly to replace or refund your incorrect products.

Product Damaged in Transport

If you package arrives damaged and the product is ruined, please follow these steps and contact us immediately.

  1. Take a photo of the outside of the damaged box or envelope
  2. Take a photo of the damaged product
  3. Email us photos with a brief description of the situation (where the package was left, any other details that may help with a claim)

We will work quickly to replace or refund your damaged products.

Returns

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds/Replacements

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund/replacement after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or ship a replacement. You will receive the credit within a number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

We cannot process refunds or replacements for products that have molded or have not been properly stored.  Please see our FAQ for storage details.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Repeated returns, product issues or suspicion of fraud will result in a cancellation of future orders.
