Sliced biltong is fine, but droewors has lots of hard bone like pieces in it and the biltong slab is not as good as the last time. Doesn’t taste the same

We don’t use meat with bones in our facility, so hard bone-like pieces shouldn’t be present. In some cases, whole spices such as coriander may be mistaken for this, although they typically wouldn’t create a bone-like texture. That said, we take this seriously and will look into it. We’re also sorry the biltong slab didn’t taste the same as your previous order, as consistency is very important to us. Please contact us directly with your order details so we can investigate and make this right.
