Best beef jerky I’ve ever had. I first tried a sample at the Great American Outdoor Show in Harrisburg PA and immediately bought a bag w/fat. I’ve since ordered 6 bags and share with all my friends. I love that it has no sugar and you can taste the meat and not a bunch of sugar and spices like other jerky.
The biltong that I get from you is just as the biltong I grew up with eating as child.

Flavor was good but the meat itself was hard as a rock. I couldn’t cut it with a hollow-ground razor sharp knife without hammering on its spine. I saw the ad / footage with the cut shaving off pieces while hiking…nope…I basically needed a chainsaw. Kinda bummed. Was just a chunk of rock hard jerkey. I mean, ROCK HARD.

This is an excellent product with great flavor. I really enjoyed all the favors but by far the best is the biltong original with the fat on.
