I bought the cutter and slab last time but the owner saud they were out of the original qith fat so he offered to send me the mesquite and it was good! This time i wanted to get the original with fat and the chili bites and man! It is so great! And customer service and quick emails and shipment of my order with the change on the fly was second to none! Definitely recommend this company! You will be treated well!

I wish I had never bought it. It's so good I can't quit eating it! The cutter works incredibly well too. It's well made and I'm sure will last for many years to come. I enjoy mine so much I've been buying these for my friend's Bday and Christmas gifts!

I love spicy anything, and these are spicy. The flavor is good. It's just extremely dry - much more so than venison biltong I've had in South Africa (ostrich, kudu, springbok, etc.) I will give it 4 starts for the fact that it is high protein, low fat (tastes like no fat), and filling. If you're after the delicious factor, I would go for the regular. I was surprised the difference in calories between this and the biltong with fat is so small.

Very yummy - the closest thing I have found to what is to be had in South Africa. The flavor is authentic, it's not overly fatty but just enough so to be moist and delicious. I like to separate into pre-weighed paper bags else the 1L bags go very quickly in my house!
