Original Biltong with Fat: Crafted with just six simple ingredients, these tender steak slices deliver the same clean flavor as our Original Biltong, but with a touch of natural fat at the edge of each piece. That little bit of fat adds depth and richness—similar to the flavor boost you get from a perfectly marbled steak.

Original Drywors: Drywors (also called droewors) is traditional South African dried beef sausage. Our version is all-natural and made from 100% beef, giving it a coarser, more satisfying bite than standard meat sticks. Expect bold flavor, a clean ingredient list, and a classic snap in every piece.

  • Freezing: For long-term storage, you can freeze biltong. When ready to use, thaw it in the refrigerator to maintain its texture.
