Biltong is the South African version of beef jerky. At Biltong Depot we make biltong the old fashioned way. We thick cut steaks of beef, cure it with salt and spices, and air dry it for about 10 days. This option is then sliced for maximum flavor and tenderness.

This version is for those customers looking for a high protein snack without all the additives & preservatives.

Awesome Biltong

I absolutely love this biltong. Very soft and delicious. My wife didn't know what biltong was, she tried it and is now in love with this biltong! I can't recommend it enough!
