ORIGINAL with FAT – Made with only 6 simple ingredients. These steak slices have the same delicate flavor as the Original flavor but there is a little bit of fat on the end of each piece. The fat adds more flavor, similar to eating a steak.
ORIGINAL DRYWORS – Drywors (also called droewors) means dried beef sausage. Our all-natural beef stick. You will find the texture to be coarser than any traditional meat stick because this stick is 100% beef with a nice snap.

- Cool, Dry Place: Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. A pantry or cupboard is often suitable.
- Brown Paper Bags: We provide bags for your bulk biltong but all of our products are best stored in breathable brown paper bags.
- Refrigeration: If you’re not going to consume the biltong within 3-5 days, it’s a good idea to refrigerate or freeze it. This helps extend its shelf life, especially if you live in a humid climate.
- Freezing: For long-term storage, you can freeze biltong. When ready to use, thaw it in the refrigerator to maintain its texture.
