10 pounds of our traditional boerewors stuffed in a large natural sheep casing.  Beef & pork seasoned perfectly for the braai.

Packaging: The wors is made in approximately 2.5lb links but link lengths and sizes may vary.  Vacuum sealed in four 2.5lb packs for the fridge or freezer.

Shipping: Product is frozen and packaged in a foam cooler box with gel packs. Standard Shipping on fresh products is via USPS or UPS and will arrive within 2 days, if you want to pay additional for overnight shipping please contact us directly after placing your order. We only ship fresh products on Mondays & Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays.

Loved the Boerewors!

Very happy with the Boerewors! Ordered 2 x 10 lbs Crown Traditional Boerewors and and 2 x10 lbs Crown Beef Boerewors to be shipped to a small town in Montana. Shipment arrived in good order. The texture and flavours were great and very similar to what I enjoyed in South Africa. I prefer the thinner style sausage. American friends loved it. Huge shout-out to Sabrina at Biltong Depot for managing the order. The order was placed on June, 23 with a request for it to be shipped on July 5. Much appreciated! Will order again.

Boerewors is loosing weight

I just ordered my second round of the boerewors and I’m disappointed with the batch. The size of the sausage is way too thin..the taste is ok but it is definitely not the traditional size…it almost looks as thin as a breakfast sausage! It would be great if there was a standard size for it…

I am from SA and have bought your boerewors in TN as an outstanding product.
The latest order was so poorly filled, one had to squeeze it out of the casing in order to eat it. It cannot be cut. Not tasty either. What an expensive disappointment
