Biltong is the South African version of beef jerky. At Biltong Depot we make biltong the old fashioned way.  We thick cut steaks of beef, cure it with salt and spices, and air dry it for about 10 days.  This option is then sliced for maximum flavor and tenderness.

This version is for those customers looking for a high protein snack without all the additives & preservatives.

Very tasty! Great product, but people should be cautioned that using paper bags for the freshly opened biltong will take on whatever aromas in the fridge at the time 🤣
